Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in social work or counseling, and experience in case management. Catholic Charities is also hiring a Director of Social Enterprise with job duties primarily based in Joplin and Springfield. This position is responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of all social enterprise endeavors on behalf of the agency, which include a retail thrift store, home repair/rebuild operations and a job training program for clients. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and five years experience in project management and leadership.
